Principal, Founder, BOLI Strategic Partners
Prior to Peter’s founding of BOLI Strategic Partners, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New York Life Executive Benefits LLC (NYLEX Benefits), a company specializing in the design, implementation, financing and providing of ongoing administrative support of supplemental executive benefits programs.
In early 2013, BOLI Strategic Partners assumed the Bank Owned Life Insurance operations of NYLEX Benefits which was a subsidiary and the executive benefits consulting arm of New York Life Insurance Company, a Fortune 100 company, the largest mutual life insurance company in the United States1.
BOLI Strategic Partners is dedicated to working with community banks to provide efficient strategies to offset employee benefit expenses. BOLI Strategic Partners is a nationally recognized vendor of Bank Owned Life Insurance providing services to banks throughout the United States.
Prior to Mr. Dinardi’s founding of BOLI Strategic Partners and his position with NYLEX Benefits, Peter was a Managing Director at New York Life Investment Management, LLC (NYLIM). As Managing Director, Peter managed the operations and financial reporting of Retirement Services, a division of NYLIM responsible for the sale and servicing of qualified retirement plans including 401(k) plans and defined benefit pension plans. Peter was also a senior officer of several financial services companies including: Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he served as a Vice President of the Financial Division; UAM Retirement Plan Services Inc., a subsidiary of the former United Asset Management, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and River Bank America, formerly a New York State savings bank, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Peter started his career as a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen &Company.
Peter is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and has graduate degrees from Pace University (MBA) and IONA College (Advanced Professional Certificate). Peter is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs. Mr. Marsh was raised in Lingle, Wyoming. He received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Wyoming and is also a graduate of Eastern Wyoming College. Jeff joined New York Life in 1987and established himself as one of the top agents for the company in Wyoming, and western Nebraska. He ranked among the top ten percent of the New York Life field force of nearly 10,000 agents in 2020. Prior to his association with New York Life, he was an elementary school counselor, track coach, and owner of a residential construction company. Jeff is a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table Top of the Table and has been a featured keynote speaker on financial and insurance estate planning topics throughout the United States.

Margit joined Peter Dinardi and Jeff Marsh as a Principal with BOLI Strategic Partners. In her role with the organization, Margit is responsible for management of client services and Survivor Benefit Plans. She began her career in 1998 as a financial professional at New York Life Insurance Company in Edina, Minnesota. Most recently, she was the Region Director for Insurance Risk Management Education – Southeast Region for RiverSource Insurance Company where she worked with Ameriprise Financial advisors. Margit specialized in providing product, skill, and professional development training and coaching. Prior to that, she was the Assistant Vice President, Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) Services at NYLEX Benefits, a wholly owned subsidiary of New York Life Insurance Company in Stamford, Connecticut, where she was head of the servicing department for NYLEX Benefits BOLI and Executive Benefits banking clients.
Prior to NYLEX Benefits, Margit was an account manager with Clark Consulting in Bloomington, Minnesota, where she supervised and monitored the administration and review of insurance re-illustrations, cash value confirmations and all other administrative insurance processing and policy performance summaries.
A Minnesota native, Margit received her Bachelor’s degree at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. Margit is a Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and maintains her life and health insurance licenses. Margit resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota with her husband Greg.
